The Hohensalzburg Fortress is the landmark of the magnificent, former royal residential city, from which you can enjoy a lovely view of the city. The famous “Getreidegasse” (Grain Alley) has been the most important commercial street for ages and is now one of the most important shopping streets in Salzburg.
