Location/Facilities
The expansive 3-star holiday residence IFA Fehmarn Hotel & Holiday Centre is located directly on the south beach promenade of Fehmarn. The centre of Burg, the main resort of Fehmarn, is reached in just 3.5 km. The residence is made up of the ''Fernblick'' houses, ''Kopenhagen,'' ''Berlin,'' ''Vitamar,'' houses, and various accommodations on the yacht harbour. In all of these houses, lifts are available. The leisure landscape ''Vitarium'', a 3,000 m² winter garden, is available to guests and offers leisure opportunities and events. Additionally, there is a shopping arcade with solarium, bakery, supermarket, corner shop, hair dresser, and bike rental (all payable locally). In immediate proximity you'll find the 4,500m² swimming pool and sauna world ''FehMare'' (payable locally). Parking spaces are available.

Furnishing/board
The comfortable single and double rooms are complete with bath or shower/wc, satellite TV, telephone, hair drier, seating area, and balcony. The modern studios are complete with combined living/sleeping area with double bed or two single beds; the apartments offer a living/sleeping area with pull-out couch and a separate bedroom with double bed or two single beds. The studios and apartments also include bath or shower/wc, cosy seating area with satellite TV and telephone, full pantry kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as a dining area and balcony. Accommodation takes place in the ''Fernblick'' houses. Breakfast buffet is included in the booking of hotel rooms; studios and apartments are self-catered. Further board services can be booked in resort.
