Mecklenburg Lake District:
The Mecklenburg Lake District is a unique landscape with nearly 1,800 lakes, thickly-wooded hills, and sandy areas with moors and pine trees. Particularly popular is Müritz National Park, which offers its visitors woods, lakes, moors, meadows, and creeks that are all remnants of the Ice Age. Additionally, a visit to the charming town of Waren is also highly recommended.
North Sea:
As a bordering sea of the Atlantic Ocean, the North Sea provides diversity and relaxation for every visitor. Whether you'd like to discover the world of the North Sea on a walk across the sand at low tide or make use of the ever-present wind while sailing or windsurfing, boredom doesn't stand a chance on this coast. Those looking for rest and relaxation can relax in a wicker beach chair under the sun on one of the many beaches or treat themselves to a trip to a saline thermal baths.
Baltic Sea:
The 340 km long coast on the Baltic Sea gives off a craggy and indented impression, gorgeously shaped by the islands, peninsulas, four Hanseatic Cities, and numerous beach resorts. The chalk cliffs tower up to 120 m northeast of Rügen, while endless beaches lead to swampy fields and woods just perfect for long strolls.
Black forest:
The highest midland range in Germany stretches over 160 km in the south-east to the triangle of Germany, Switzerland, and France. With numerous lakes, forests, blossoming valleys, and a variety of spa and holiday resorts, the Black Forest presents extreme diversity!
