Accommodation / Tourist Tax
Your well-being is our top priority! In our cosy and comfortable accommodations, nothing will stay in the way of a wonderful holiday. You have the choice between single rooms, double rooms, and rooms with multiple beds, as well as various apartments and studios. Depending on the category, the residences offer a sauna or even a comprehensive spa area (e.g. with sauna, solarium, steam room, pool).
Accommodation Categories
Due to the fact that only a percentage of our accommodations are officially classified, we issued suns to the remaining accommodations. Suns are similar to the typical stars of every country and aid in comparing the accommodations.

General Information
Arrival & Departure
Our accommodations are generally ready for check-in between 12:00-15:00. On the day of departure you must check out of the room/apartment at latest by 10:00.
Bed Linen
Bed linen and towels are included in the holiday price, unless otherwise indicated in the accommodation description.
Deposit
Generally no deposit is necessary for the accommodations. Exceptions are noted in the accommodation description.
Final cleaning
The final cleaning is always included at our accommodations. Deviations are stated in the accommodation descriptions.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is a communal fee that is applied in many tourist resorts. There is no fixed rate for how high the tourist tax may be; it varies from resort to resort.
In some cases, we include the tourist tax in the holiday price and forward this to the resort; in others the tax must be paid in resort. In Italy there exists no tourist tax.
